How long does it take to receive my bobblehead ?

There are several options for the speed of sculpting and shipping during you place a order. It will take at least 15-40 business days to get your bobblehead from the next day you place your order.

The time you receive your bobblehead = Sculpture time +modify time + shipping time

Sculpture Service Option:
①Vip sculpture service: faster providing face proof within 4 business days.
②Normal sculpture service: providing face proof within 10-15 business days.

Shipping Service Option:
①FEDEX shipping: usually take 5-7 business days
②Standard shipping: usually take 15-20 business days

While we offer unlimited free revisions and a complimentary proofing process, every change will require additional 2-5 business days.

In summary, we will send you the bobbleheads within 7-20 working days after you place the order (the specific time depends on the number of modifications you make).

Can I change the destination country of my order?

If you need to change your shipping address, please send us an email at within 48 hours after placing the order. We can help right up until the parcel is shipped.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship.

Please note that orders may take up to 7-30 business days to process before they are shipped due to the customized work involved.

Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.

Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.

Shipping Damage

All merchandise is carefully packaged for shipment, and damage case seldom happens. If you get damaged bobbleheads, please take photos and contact us soon by email at, our service will help you. ( Digital photos of damaged product is necessary for our damage claims. Proofs must be sent to us within 48 hours after you get them). We will reply to you within 24 hours.

Please note: Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays (National) such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4th do not count within the delivery time.

Package Returned

The parcel usually arrives at the destination 15-30 days after delivery. In order to for the courier to contact you, please keep the mobile phone free during this period. If you do not receive the package in time, it will be returned to the place of shipment. We will not be responsible for any loss caused by this reason.

Please note:

If your personalized product was re-made, your order might be delayed. Only those items that passed the quality inspection process can be sent out, with our standards and aim to supply you a perfect gift.

At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or college dorms. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may exceed normal delivery times.

Expedited shipping is not offered to P.O. Box shipping addresses.

We do not offer overnight shipping.
