Refunds Before Shipping–Accept Refund

Awesomebobblehead offers a “No questions asked“ money back guarantee that is valid during the creation process of your custom bobbleheads. This means that you can cancel your order anytime pre-shipping.

Time frame of the refund option before pre-shipping:

  • 1: Cancel the order within 24 hours after placing the order–100% refund

If you need to cancel the order, please contact us with email “sale@awesomebobblehead.com” and indicate your order number. We will reply to you and refund you within 24 hours in business days.

We currently support Paypal & Credit Card payments. If you are paying through a Paypal account, your refund will be received within 1-2 hours of the working day. If you paid via credit card channel, your refund will be credited to your account within 24-48 hours of the working day.

  • 2: Order placed more than 24 hours – 70% refund of your payment

All of our bobbleheads are handmade and customizable. When you place an order for more than 24 hours, our craftsman will arrange to custom it for you. In order to avoid non-serious orders, a cancellation fee of 30% will be deducted from the payment you made when ordering.

We currently support Paypal & Credit Card payments. If you are paying through a Paypal account, your refund will be received within 1-2 hours of the working day. If you paid via credit card channel, your refund will be credited to your account within 24-48 hours of the working day.

This refund policy does not apply for bulk orders. In case you order more than one custom doll, the prototype (first sample) will be treated in accordance with our “No questions asked” money back guarantee, however, after the approval of the prototype by the customer, no more refunds are possible for the complete bulk order.

Refunds & Return After Shipping

Since all our products are customized according to the specifications provided by the customer cannot be re-sold, if you do not request to cancel the order before shipping, after we shipped the bobbleheads to you, we will not accept refunds and returns.

Awesomebobblehead has complimentary proofing available for most sculpting options, thus, your satisfaction is guaranteed during the proofing process.

It should be noted that if the delivery of the goods fails due to the customer's own reasons, such as the customer providing the wrong delivery address or changing the delivery address in the middle, we will not refund.

The following are the circumstances under which refunds and returns are accepted:

Refund & Return Due to Damages During Shipping

* Our bobblehead dolls are very well-packed, and damages during shipping rarely occur.

However, if you received borken bobbleheads, please contact us within 48 hours with email “sale@awesomebobblehead.com” and please provide the order number and photos of the damaged dolls. Our customer service staff will be happy to help for you within 24 hours on business days.

If you didn’t provide the above information within 48 hours after the logistics track shows the receipt, we will not be processed.

Since the goods have been damaged and the product cannot be sold again, we do not support the return service.

Under the above terms, if you need us to remake it for you, we will ship the new goods to you within 15-20 working days.

Refund & Retrun Due To Wrong Product From Warehouse

* Due to the negligence of the warehouse staff, if you received the bobblehead of other’s orders, please contact us via “sale@awesomebobblehead.com” within 48 hours and attach the pictures and information of the bobblehead, our customer service staff will reply to you within 24 hours on business days.

You can choose one of the following solutions:

1: Return and redo: We will provide you with our return address and bear the return shipping costs (We will inform you of the return address in the email and no return fees). And we will remake your order and ship it to you within 15-20 business days.

2: Return and refund: We will provide you with our return address and bear the return shipping cost (We will inform you of the return address in the email and no return fees)). After you send the package and provide the tracking number of the parcel, we will refund 100% order value to you.

Product Dissimilar

* Due to the bobblehead being a completely handmade custom product, we can’t guarantee 100% similarity to the image you provide.

Our email service will send the face proof to your email within 4-15 business days. ( It depends on the sculpture service you choose before. )

Please reply within 24 hours to approve or disapprove. During this period, we will follow your request to modify the proof, until you confirm to approve.

If you didn’t reply within 24 hours, we will default that you have approved the proof and shipping.

1: The proof has been approved: That means you approved the proof and will not modify it.

2: The proof approved by default: That means to we default that you accepted the original proof.

* In the above circumstances, if you receive the bobblehead and complain dissimilarly, we will not provide redo and refund services.

Bobblehead Changes
As the bobbleheads are purely handmade and customizable, once the bobblehead is put into production, no modification can be made.

If you have a modification request, please contact us within 48 hours after placing your order. Over 48 hours of the modification request, we will charge the following fees:

* Note: Due to the bobblehead being a completely handmade custom product, once the bobblehead is produced, we will not be able to be sold for the second time, so except for receiving the wrong bobblehead, we can’t accept returns for other reasons.
